Manik Mair is SVP, Corporate Growth at FourKites, where he is responsible for defining and implementing the Corporate Growth agenda across all domains, functions and regions. In that role, Manik is focused on building a robust cross-functional foundation and refining our business unit strategies, ensuring that they align with our core mission and overarching growth objectives. This commitment enables FourKites to consistently drive market-leading global growth and maintain its edge in an increasingly competitive environment.

An experienced software executive and business strategist, Manik was most recently the Global Vice President, Head of GTM Strategy at Ceridian (NYSE:CDAY), where he was responsible for partnering with the Executive Leadership Team in defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy across all regions, offerings, and channels (inclusive of global partner programs). Prior to that, Manik was part of EY’s Strategy Consulting practice where he led numerous engagements focused on corporate, portfolio and business unit strategy, digital transformations and go-to-market strategy.
