Vijayanand has industry experience of establishing and scaling Customer Service teams as part of Global SAAS companies and delivering operation excellence and delightful customer experience.
Prior to joining FourKites Vijayanand was part of Oracle where he was a business consultant for their ERP suite and also part of BlueYonder where he was heading the Customer service division for their Transportation suite of products.
Vijayanand holds a Masters (Industrial Engineering) from Lamar University, Texas and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
