Kalyan Durairaj is leading the People function at FourKites for the APAC region and has 18 years of experience in human resources focussed on Talent Attraction, Acquisition, Retention and Development in Software product engineering companies in Asia. His career spans working with global corporations like Dell Inc. and Hewlett-Packard (HP). His focus on employee experience helped Fourkites build truly diverse high-performing teams, earned recognition as one of the great start-ups to work for, and was also certified five years in a row by the Great Place To Work Institute.

He holds a master’s in Psychology and did an executive program in HR from IIM, Calcutta; he is a food critic and has loads of love for photography; he has been happily married and is the father of twin boys.
