Dov Shenkman is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in global supply chain and operations leadership across various industries, including healthcare, retail, automotive, and technology.   Since June 2025, he has served as the CEO and Founding Member of Atid Group LLC, A strategic advisory group focused on helping organizations navigate complex change and unlock growth and profitability.

Shenkman held several key leadership positions:

  • Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Medtronic, overseeing Medtronic’s end-to-end supply chain strategy and performance, including planning, distribution, logistics, and trade operations.
  • Group Vice President for Supply Chain Operations, Inventory, and Transportation at Walgreens, where he managed supply chain operations and strategy.
  • Senior Vice President of Inventory Management and General Manager of ImPress at OfficeMax, focusing on inventory management for a vast retail and contract business.
  • Vice President of Strategic Consulting at i2 Technologies, specializing in supply chain management and consulting.
  • Significant roles at General Motors and Federal-Mogul Corporation, where he led transformational initiatives in supply chain organizations.

Shenkman’s educational background includes an MBA in Operations and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Beyond his corporate roles, Shenkman contributes to the broader supply chain and operations community through advisory positions. He serves on the advisory boards of several organizations, including Algo, CB4, RelationalAI, and Amphorica, and held a leadership position on the Business Advisory Council at Northwestern University’s Transportation Center.

Throughout his career, Shenkman has been recognized for his innovative and resourceful leadership, particularly in developing and executing turnaround strategies that yield high-impact results in manufacturing, retail, service, and distribution-oriented businesses with a global focus.
