Chris Brown is a global HR executive with 15+ years supporting global software and hi-tech companies around the globe. Having steered teams through 17 M&A events and the sale of a global SaaS company, Chris brings his proven track record of business strategy, organizational development and transformative change management to FourKites.

Prior to joining FourKites, Chris spent 10 years at enterprise SaaS companies Litera, Accela and Ivanti leading large, global HR teams across North America, EMEA and APAC. He enjoys working across diverse teams to support and build a high-performing and engaged workforces. Chris has a passion for coaching and developing talent, as well as helping to create a culture that is respectful, transparent and inclusive.

Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a focus in Finance, from the University of Portland, as well as both an SPHR and GPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. Before joining the corporate world, Chris played 10 years of professional soccer in the MLS for five different teams, and won the MLS championship in 2000 with Sporting KC.
