It’s hard to believe we are already nearing the two-year anniversary of launching the FourKites Community — an online forum for our customers to share ideas, encourage innovation and collaboration, and altogether better serve our ultimate mission of making our customers heroes within their organizations. Since launching the Community, we have delivered more than 100 ideas suggested by our customers!
With innovation as part of our DNA, FourKites is proud to be the first and only visibility provider to have a dedicated space for our customers — supply chain leaders from the world’s largest companies — to collaborate with us to unlock the power and potential of our network. As we reach this exciting milestone, it’s the perfect time to celebrate our customers by introducing our new FourKites Innovation Partner Program.
Central to FourKites’ product development philosophy (and business strategy as a whole) is a desire to co-innovate alongside our customers. The Innovation Partner Program highlights the forward-thinking supply chain leaders who have co-innovated with us through the FourKites Community’s IdeaExchange. The IdeaExchange serves as an open forum for our customers to share their unique knowledge, experience and creativity about the best ways to continue to improve the FourKites platform and solve the complex challenges of supply chain management.
Hundreds of these forward-thinking leaders across the supply chain landscape have submitted their innovative ideas, and FourKites is pleased to share that 415 ideas have been submitted since we launched the Community and over 100 of these have been officially delivered and released into the FourKites product suite. Among them are multimodal order visibility, developed in close partnership with Meijer; courier tracking, which was co-innovated with Cardinal Health; and customized real-time notifications, which were developed together with AB InBev in Europe.
In Gartner’s first-ever Magic Quadrant for Real-Time Transportation Visibility Platforms, released earlier this year, FourKites was positioned FourKites as a Leader for ability to execute and the highest completeness of vision, highlighting our strong presence with the largest enterprise customers across many vertical industries, and our history of industry-first innovation and community-building. The formal launch of our Innovation Partner program further solidifies that position. Ultimately, our program seeks to strengthen and promote the pivotal customer relationships that continue to fuel the innovation at FourKites as we continue to bring visibility from the road, to the warehouse, to the yard and beyond.
