Prior to founding FourKites, Matt spent 7 years in the enterprise software space working for market leaders such as Oracle Corp and i2 Technologies/JDA Software Group. Matt has led high-impact teams that implemented logistics strategies and systems at P&G, Nestle, Kraft, Anheuser-Busch Inbev, Tyco, Argos and Nokia across North America, Western Europe and Latin America. Matt is passionate about logistics and supply chain management and has a keen sense for how technology can disrupt traditional silo-based planning and execution.

Matt holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, an MS in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Chicago.

He has also served on the Board of Directors for financial and academic institutions. He has a B.S. in economics and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Scott Parazynski is a highly decorated physician, astronaut, best-selling author (“The Sky Below”) and tech CEO. He is a widely sought after keynote speaker on innovation, risk management, mentorship and leadership under extreme adversity.Scott has lived and traveled all over the world, spending many of his grade school years in places such as Senegal, Lebanon, Iran and Greece. A graduate of Stanford University and Medical School, he went on to train at Harvard and in Denver for a career in emergency medicine and trauma.In 1992 he was selected to join NASA’s Astronaut Corps and eventually flew 5 Space Shuttle missions and conducted 7 spacewalks. Mission highlights include a global ozone mapping flight; leading the first joint US-Russian spacewalk while docked to the Russian space station Mir; serving as Senator John Glenn’s crewmate and “personal physician”; and assembly of the Canadian-built space station robotic arm.In October 2007, Scott led the spacewalking team on STS-120, during which he performed 4 EVAs. The final EVA is regarded by many as one of the most challenging and dangerous ever performed. The tremendous coordinated effort in orbit and on the ground by Mission Control has been likened to the Space Shuttle and Space Station era’s “Apollo 13 moment.” He was inducted into the US Astronaut Hall of Fame in 2016.In addition to being a diver and accomplished mountaineer, Scott is also a commercial, instrument, multiengine and seaplane-rated pilot. On May 20, 2009, he became the first astronaut to stand on top of the world, the summit of Mount Everest. As a life-long explorer, he and a colleague set the first bootprints adjacent the world’s youngest lava lake, inside the crater of Massaya Volcano in Nicaragua.He is a prolific inventor/product developer, and serves on the Boards of several companies. He is Founder and CEO of Fluidity Technologies, focused on the development of revolutionary input devices powered by machine learning to intuitively move through physical and virtual space. He also serves as Chief Medical Officer of Community Wellness, delivering state-of-the-art remote patient monitoring and wellness coaching to aging adults.

While at TiVo, she led geographic expansion for video metadata across Western Europe and the APAC region and spearheaded the acquisitions of Veveo, a semantic search & recommendations engine, and Integral Reach, a cloud-based predictive analytics firm.

Prior to TiVo, Priya worked at Flexera Software, where she led product management for the award-winning FlexNet Producer suite of ERP-adjacent enterprise applications and launched a new product line aimed at high-tech device manufacturers. In her prior career in consulting, she advised leadership teams at technology firms such as Hewlett-Packard, Emerson, 3M, and ADP.

Priya has an MBA with a specialization in finance, marketing, and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras in India.

Dan Tram is an Investment Director at Volvo Group Venture Capital where he covers North America investing. His areas of focus include autonomous, electric and connected vehicles. Dan is responsible for sourcing and investing in new deals as well as managing portfolio companies. Over the course of his career he has completed $100 billion in transactions through mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and venture capital investments. Amongst these are the Time Warner Cable and Formula One investments. At Volvo Group he most recently led the investments in FourKites, Flock Freight and Apex.AI. Prior to his career at Volvo Group Venture Capital, Dan worked at Liberty Media in Colorado in the corporate development team and at Citigroup in New York City in the investment banking division.
