Rocky Subramanian

Rocky Subramanian is President at FourKites, where he leads the company’s strategy, growth and customer success globally.

With over 28 years of success as a trusted advisor to business leaders driving complex transformation at organizations of all sizes, Rocky is passionate about delivering big wins for his customers, building world-class teams, championing workplace diversity and culture, and growing thriving ecosystems as well as routes to profitable revenue.

Subramanian was most recently Executive Vice President and CRO at Ceridian (NYSE:CDAY), where he helped the company grow to over $1.2B in revenue, added some of the biggest global brands as customers, and transformed the revenue organization. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of one of SAP’s (NYSE:SAP) largest market units — with responsibilities spanning sales, go-to-market strategy, operations and services for the entire enterprise software portfolio — which he grew to over $1.8B. Prior to SAP, Subramanian served in various roles ranging from services consulting, enterprise strategy, global account management and pre-sales at Oracle/PeopleSoft (NYSE:ORCL), and in project management and software engineering/development roles at Renaissance and NCS Pearson.

Rocky holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Computer Science from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. He advises as a volunteer mentor, and supports organizations with missions focused on education accessibility and eradicating hunger.
