Supply chains need fixing. That’s an opportunity for FedEx.

Supply-chain problems have been with business and consumers for many months now. The stops and starts of various areas of the global economy due to Covid-19 have left businesses and consumers with higher shipping costs, lower inventories and inflation.

Businesses are having to order equipment roughly one month earlier since June 2021, according to the Institute for Supply Management. What’s more, delivery lead times for businesses continue to lengthen, according to Federal Reserve data.
