Matt ElenjickalFounder and Chief Executive Officer
Matt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FourKites. Matt is an innovative and thoughtful leader, recognizing painpoints in the logistics industry and designing elegant and effective systems to address them. His vision for the product and the team have defined FourKites’ success and provide focused direction for continued growth.
Prior to founding FourKites, Matt spent 7 years in the enterprise software space working for market leaders such as Oracle Corp and i2 Technologies/JDA Software Group. Matt has led high-impact teams that implemented logistics strategies and systems at P&G, Nestle, Kraft, Anheuser-Busch Inbev, Tyco, Argos and Nokia across North America, Western Europe and Latin America. Matt is passionate about logistics and supply chain management and has a keen sense of how technology can disrupt the traditional silo-based planning and execution.
Matt lives in Chicago and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, an MS in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
Stephanie KolaczynskiCHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Stephanie is responsible for the operations and customer service organization. She is passionate about the customer experience and optimizing every interaction, through both product and people. Stephanie joins us most recently from Zenefits, where she led the Client Support team. She brings extensive experience scaling and running high quality service and operations organizations, with proven success in high-growth early stage startups and large, established organizations alike.
Stephanie holds a B.S. in Organizational Communications from Northwestern University and a M.B.A from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Arun ChandrasekaranCHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Arun, an avid biker, spends his non-biking waking hours thinking and building large enterprise systems using the latest in web & mobile technologies. He brings with him a wealth of experience working on several highly scalable systems that process millions of transactions per day serving tens of thousands of users.
Unabashed technology enthusiast, he stays abreast with the latest and greatest in the software development and is an expert in cloud computing. He eats, drinks, lives and dreams ways to solve the challenges facing the trucking industry with the power of technology.
Steve, a veteran of the software industry for 24 years, joined FourKites with deep experience in architecting, building, and scaling global sales organizations in hyper-growth, competitive environments. Bringing over a decade of SaaS sales experience, Steve has led multiple startups through successful exits and multi-billion dollar valuations.
Steve joins FourKites from Uptake where he was most recently the VP of Global Sales. Prior to Uptake, Steve led sales organizations at Cloudera, HP Software, Digital Fuel Technologies (acquired by VMWare in 2014), and Parametric Technology Corporation.
Priya Rajagopalan is a seasoned business leader with 17 years of experience in product management, marketing, and strategy. Previously, Priya was the head of Product Management for the Metadata Business Group of TiVo Corporation where she had global responsibility for its video, music, books, and games metadata products. While at TiVo, she led geographic expansion for video metadata across Western Europe and the APAC region and spearheaded the acquisitions of Veveo, a semantic search & recommendations engine, and Integral Reach, a cloud-based predictive analytics firm.
Prior to TiVo, Priya worked at Flexera Software where she led product management for the award-winning FlexNet Producer suite of ERP-adjacent enterprise applications and launched a new product line aimed at high-tech device manufacturers. In her prior career in consulting, she advised leadership teams at technology firms such as Hewlett-Packard, Emerson, 3M, and ADP.
Priya has an MBA with a specialization in finance, marketing, and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras in India.
Yang Chao is a successful finance executive with 18 years of progressive experience and a proven track record in the High-Tech industry. Prior to joining FourKites, Yang served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Raise, where she led Financial Planning, Data Analytics and Corporate Development functions. Prior to that, Yang served as Vice President of Finance at Gogo, where she joined the company at an early stage and held positions with increasing responsibilities. Yang made significant contributions to the transformation and growth of Gogo, including the company’s IPO in June 2013. Previously, Yang served various management and technical positions at Motorola ranging from engineering to strategy and business development.
Yang is passionate about building the entrepreneurial community in Chicago. She has mentored companies from 1871, Impact Engine, and Illinois Ventures and stays closely connected with the tech community in Chicago.
Craig FianderSENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Craig Fiander leads FourKites’ global integration and channel partner strategy. Leveraging his industry knowledge and deep relationships in logistics to drive rapid adoption of the FourKites platform, Craig plays an integral role in making FourKites the industry standard connectivity platform in the U.S. and globally.
Craig was most recently Vice President, Strategic Alliances for the Enterprise Solutions business unit at ALK Technologies, a Trimble Company. He lead channel strategy and owned the global relationships with leading strategic alliance partners in the transportation and logistics industry. This included Comdata, Descartes, Geotab, JDA, Manhattan, McLeod, MercuryGate, Oracle, SAP, Skybitz and TMW Systems among others. Craig was responsible for driving the integration and adoption of ALK’s enterprise products and services including PC*MILER, ALK Maps, and CoPilot Truck. Prior to this role, Craig held various product management and marketing positions at ALK, including Vice President, Marketing.
Craig lives with his family in Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University.
Kathleen MarcellVice President of Customer Success
Kathleen Marcell has spent nearly a decade ensuring enterprise clients’ success at fast-growing startups. As the former Vice President, Client Success at Yello, Kathleen managed all divisions within Client Success including Implementation, Client Engagement, and Support. She grew the Client Success organization from 5 to 25 team members, created scalable processes to increase retention and optimize client growth, and headed initiative and collaboration projects across internal departments at Yello, which included restructuring product bundle offerings to streamline contracts and decrease implementation time by 40%.
Prior to her position at Yello, Kathleen was the Manager of Customer Adoption at DiaglogTech, where she built the Adoption Team, responsible for on-boarding and customer success. Kathleen is a Chicago native and a University of Illinois graduate.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Kathleen will lead and scale operations within Implementation, Account Management, and Support.
Rob KunzlerVice President of Marketing
Rob Kunzler, a veteran enterprise/SaaS software marketer, brings 20 years of marketing strategy development and integrated marketing communications management experience. Most recently, Rob led global marketing for CSG International, a SaaS-based revenue and customer management company for enterprise communication service providers. Rob will lead efforts to expand the FourKites brand globally and build a modern demand generation practice across the transportation and logistics industries.
